Double loop woks are designed for cooking methods where tossing may not be needed. This means the wok takes up less space, allowing you to stand closer for slower method cooking such as steaming, braising or smoking. A lot of wok chefs even prefer to use this wok to toss – wrapping a cloth around one of the handles and using that to toss the stir fry.
